These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mailing Parts Online website (the "Site") and purchases made through the Site.

The Site is operated by CSG Automation LLC, doing business as Mailing Parts Online ("Mailing Parts Online," "we," "us," or "our").

1. About Mailing Parts Online

Mailing Parts Online supplies parts, components, replacement parts, consumables, and related products for mailing, inserting, print finishing, and other industrial equipment.

Our catalog may include original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") parts, aftermarket parts, replacement parts, compatible parts, new parts, manufactured-to-order items, and other components from various manufacturers and suppliers.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, part numbers, compatibility information, images, availability, and pricing.

Because industrial parts may have multiple revisions, manufacturer numbers, alternative numbers, superseded numbers, or applications across different equipment models, product information should be used as a reference when identifying a part.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and confirming that a product is appropriate for their equipment and intended application before ordering.

3. Part Numbers and Alternate Part Numbers

Products may be identified using one or more part numbers, including manufacturer numbers, vendor numbers, alternate part numbers, legacy numbers, superseded numbers, or internal inventory numbers.

Alternate or cross-reference part numbers are provided to assist customers in identifying products. A reference to another manufacturer's part number does not necessarily mean that the product was manufactured, authorized, endorsed, or supplied by that manufacturer.

If you are uncertain whether a part is appropriate for your equipment, we recommend contacting Mailing Parts Online before placing your order.

4. Compatible Models

Product pages may identify machines, equipment, systems, or models with which a product is commonly used or believed to be compatible.

Compatibility information is provided as a reference and may depend on equipment configuration, serial number, production year, modifications, revisions, or other factors.

The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility before installation or use.

5. OEM, Aftermarket and Replacement Parts

Unless specifically identified otherwise, products offered through Mailing Parts Online should not automatically be assumed to be manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer of the machine in which they may be used.

Our catalog may contain:

• OEM parts
• Aftermarket parts
• Compatible replacement parts
• Third-party manufactured parts
• Custom manufactured parts
• New replacement components
• Special-order products
• Other industrial components

Where reasonably available, product pages may provide information regarding the manufacturer, brand, or source of a product.

6. Trademarks and Manufacturer References

Manufacturer names, equipment names, model names, trademarks, logos, and part numbers referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

They may be used on Mailing Parts Online for identification, compatibility, cross-reference, and informational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the use of a manufacturer's name, trademark, equipment model, or part number does not imply that Mailing Parts Online or CSG Automation LLC is affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by that manufacturer.

8. Pricing

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of errors as described in these Terms.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, or other charges may be added during checkout where applicable.

9. Pricing and Catalog Errors

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Mailing Parts Online reserves the right to correct errors involving:

• Part numbers
• Specifications
• Compatibility information
• Images
• Inventory quantities
• Availability
• Shipping information
• Lead times

If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer before processing or fulfilling the affected item.

Where appropriate, we may offer the customer the opportunity to proceed with corrected information or cancel the affected item for a refund of amounts paid for that item.

10. Product Availability and Inventory

Product availability and inventory quantities displayed on the Site may change at any time and may not always reflect real-time physical inventory.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that a product is available.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact you regarding alternatives, expected availability, backorder options, partial fulfillment, or cancellation of the affected item.

11. Lead Times and Special-Order Products

Certain products may require additional time before shipment because they are manufactured, assembled, sourced, transferred, customized, or ordered specifically for the customer.

When applicable, an estimated lead time may be displayed on the product page or communicated separately.

Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual availability may be affected by manufacturers, suppliers, transportation, material availability, production schedules, weekends, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Special-order, manufactured-to-order, or custom products may be subject to additional cancellation or return restrictions as disclosed before or after ordering where applicable.

12. Orders

Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in the order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, verified, or shipped.

We reserve the right to review, verify, accept, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Pricing or catalog errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment problems
• Incorrect customer information
• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, amounts paid for the canceled products will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPal and other payment services that may be made available through WooCommerce.

Mailing Parts Online does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers on its servers.

Payment services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies established by the applicable payment provider.

14. Taxes

Applicable sales or other transaction taxes may be calculated and collected when required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and tax-related information.

Tax-exempt customers may be required to provide valid exemption documentation before an exemption can be applied.

15. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, charges, estimated transit times, geographic restrictions, and other shipping conditions are described during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product lead time and carrier transit time are separate. A product with a lead time may require additional time before it is ready to be shipped.

16. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific restrictions disclosed on the Site.

Some special-order, manufactured-to-order, custom, electrical, electronic, opened, installed, used, or otherwise restricted products may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional conditions.

17. Installation and Use of Products

Industrial equipment and replacement parts may require appropriate technical knowledge, tools, procedures, and safety precautions for installation and use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed, operated, maintained, and used appropriately and in accordance with applicable equipment documentation, safety requirements, and manufacturer instructions.

Mailing Parts Online is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect product selection, unauthorized modification, misuse, improper maintenance, or use outside the product's intended application, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Warranties

Products may be covered by warranties provided by their manufacturer, supplier, or Mailing Parts Online, depending on the specific product.

Any applicable warranty terms may vary by product and manufacturer.

Except as expressly provided in writing and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make additional warranties beyond those applicable to the product or required by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSG Automation LLC and Mailing Parts Online will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, the inability to use the Site, or the purchase, installation, selection, or use of products sold through the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
