Founded by Mathias Bäuerle in 1863, MB Bäuerle developed folding and inserting equipment, including multipli, multimaster and autoSET systems. The company’s official website now states that MB Bäuerle and MB-TecSolutions permanently ceased operations during insolvency proceedings, and expressly says that GUK-Services is not their legal successor.
